Initial consultation
What happens: In a free initial consultation we get to know your business, your goals and the current state of your project - by phone, video call or on site.
What you contribute: Your idea, your goals and open questions - a finished requirements list is not necessary.
What you receive: An honest first assessment of whether and how we can help.
Analysis & concept
What happens: We analyse requirements, existing systems and processes and develop a solid concept - supported by our strategic IT consulting where needed.
What you contribute: Access to relevant information and feedback in short coordination rounds.
What you receive: A documented concept with a recommendation on technology and approach.
Quote
What happens: Based on the concept, we calculate effort and costs and prepare a written quote.
What you contribute: Review of the quote, questions and prioritisation of the services.
What you receive: A detailed quote with clearly itemised positions - without hidden costs.
That is exactly what phases 1 and 2 are for. You do not need a finished specification - we develop the requirements together and translate your goals step by step into a concrete concept.
Design
What happens: We design layouts for the most important page types - matching your brand and optimised for desktop and mobile, whether online shop or CMS-based website.
What you contribute: Feedback in the review rounds plus existing brand assets such as logo and colours.
What you receive: Approved designs as a binding basis for development.
Development
What happens: Our team implements the concept - custom programming, shop or CMS setup and integrations with ERP and inventory systems.
What you contribute: Content such as texts, images and product data - unless we create it for you.
What you receive: Regular previews on a staging environment that you can access at any time.
Quality assurance & testing
What happens: We test functions, browsers and devices, check loading times and Core Web Vitals and review accessibility requirements.
What you contribute: An acceptance round from a user’s perspective - you know your customers best.
What you receive: A carefully tested application that is prepared for launch.
That is why we work with previews and approvals: you see design and development early and can steer in every phase - instead of facing a finished result only at the very end.
Launch
What happens: We plan the go-live, set up hosting, handle migration and switchover and closely accompany the start.
What you contribute: Approval of the go-live date plus access to your domain and existing systems.
What you receive: Your project live - with monitoring during the first days after launch.
Support & further development
What happens: After the launch we continue to look after your project: updates, maintenance, search engine optimisation and new features as needed.
What you contribute: Your experience from day-to-day operations and ideas for further development.
What you receive: A partner who knows your project long-term and develops it further.
Phase 8 is a fixed part of our process. Whether maintenance, hosting or further development: we typically support projects for years - and you decide the scope of that support.

It depends on scope and complexity. Smaller websites typically go live within a few weeks, while larger shop or integration projects usually take several months. After the initial consultation we give you a realistic timeline with milestones.
Both are possible. Clearly defined projects are usually offered at a fixed price, while ongoing support and further development are billed transparently based on effort. In any case, you receive a detailed quote in advance without hidden costs.

Changes are part of almost every project. Smaller adjustments are usually incorporated directly into the current phase. For larger changes, you receive a transparent assessment of the impact on effort, costs and schedule in advance - decisions are made together.
